Syed Saffan's work experience starts in 2017 when they joined DemandCurveMarketing, Inc as a Lead Generation specialist. Syed worked there until April 2019. In May 2019, they joined DatNex as a Senior Business Development Manager and later became the Head of Marketing in April 2023.

Syed Saffan attended St Javeria School from 2001 to 2011, where they completed their SSLC degree. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued their 12th degree in Engineering Science at REVA University. Following that, from 2013 to 2017, they studied Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology.
