Elder Rotta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

At Datlo (YC S21), Elder served as the Head of Inside Sales, leading a team of 8 Business Analysts. Their responsibilities included managing the pre-sales team, analyzing KPIs, implementing processes, and conducting one-on-one meetings with the sales team.

Prior to that, Elder worked as an Account Manager at Datlo, where they contributed to business expansion through relationship management, customer education, and sales planning.

Elder also gained experience as a Sales Development Representative at Datlo, where they were involved in lead generation, sales cycle management, customer relationship building, and problem-solving.

Elder also has experience with AIESEC, where they held various positions. Elder served as the National Support Manager, Vice President, and Director of Entrepreneurial Exchanges, as well as part of the National Support Team for International Relations. Their responsibilities included managing teams, nurturing partnerships, and creating content for international coordination.

Additionally, Elder worked at Red Sistemas as a Sales Development Representative, focusing on lead generation, customer relationship management, teamwork, and problem-solving. Red Sistemas specializes in software solutions for freight and logistics management.

Elder's earlier experiences include roles as an event organizer, presenter, and monitor at the Museu Dinâmico Interdisciplinar - MUDI UEM, where they developed skills in event management, presentation, and laboratory work.

Elder was also involved in various roles at AIChE - American Institute of Chemical Engineers, including Desafios AIChE Maringá, Marketing, and Social Chair.

Elder Rotta completed their education in a chronological order. Elder started attending the colégio estadual Presidente Castelo Branco from 2014 to 2016, but did not obtain a degree or focus on any specific field of study during that time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Maringá from 2017 to 2021. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business at UniCesumar from 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2024.
