Stefan Scherber has extensive experience in product management, customer success, software architecture, and agile coaching. Stefan has held various roles in companies such as DATEV eG, Hanser Verlag, NIK e.V., and Symposion Publishing GmbH, focusing on digital transformation, software engineering, and publishing IT books on topics like agility and software development. At DATEV eG, Stefan managed a program to create the technological foundation for the digital ecosystem. In addition, Stefan initiated and curated the Agile Leadership Conference in Nuremberg for multiple years.
