Richard Vachula has worked as a Software Developer at Dateio since June 2020. Prior to that, from November 2016 to June 2020, they worked as a Software Developer at Uniqway. In addition, from January 2017 to July 2019, they were a Laravel Developer at Web klikem and E-zone. Richard also worked briefly as a Java Developer at Unicorn from April 2016 to July 2016.

Richard Vachula attended Gymnázium L. Novomeského, Senica from 2006 to 2014, where they completed their secondary education with a focus on Mathematics. Richard then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Czech Technical University in Prague from 2014 to 2017, majoring in Otevřená informatika in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Following their Bachelor's degree, Richard continued their education at the same university, completing a Master's degree in Otevřená informatika in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from 2017 to 2019.
