Michaela Fialová has a diverse work experience. Michaela is currently working as Team Support at Dateio since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Manuvia Expert Recruitment as a Team Assistant from June 2020 to May 2022. Michaela also has experience in the cultural exchange program as they worked for the American Institute for Foreign Study (UK) Ltd. from April 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they worked at Lindex, where they served as Deputy Store Manager from October 2017 to April 2019 and as an Asistent prodeje from November 2014 to October 2017.

Michaela Fialová's education history includes a certificate in ESL - English as a second language from Montgomery College in 2013. Michaela then pursued higher education at Vyšší odborná škola ekonomických studií in Prague from 2014 to 2017, where they earned the degree of Diplomovaný specialista (DiS.) in Personální řízení.
