Raquel Hernandez has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Virtual Service Representative at DATCU Credit Union since October 2015. Prior roles include Member Services at Sally Beauty Company from 2012 to 2015, Customer Service Representative at Stellar BPO, and Human Resources at G.T.I. from 2003 to 2011. Raquel also held positions as Team Coach/Supervisor and Team Supervisor at The MARC Group and MARC Research, respectively, from 1989 to 2001.
