Julio Vale has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and communications. Julio started their career in 2012 with Vale Communications and Vale Comunicaciones C.A as a Project Manager and Gerente de proyecto respectively. In 2016, they joined Enstep Technology Solutions as an IT Technician. Later in 2017, they joined DataVox as a Technical Support Analyst which led to their promotion as a Project Lead for VoIP Services in 2019.

Julio Vale attended Universidad Fermín Toro from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería degree in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. In November 2019, they also acquired the certification of Avaya IP Office™ Platform Support Certified from Avaya.
