Diego Ramallo, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at Datavant, focusing on machine learning applications. Previously, Diego held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Jampack, where significant contributions included automating demand forecasting models and developing dashboards to enhance operational efficiency. As a Senior Data Scientist at Vroom, Diego led the development of machine learning products that improved sales processes and reduced costs. Earlier roles include Data Scientist positions at Albeado and Insight Data Science, as well as experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at James Madison University. Diego holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Stanford University and a B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from James Madison University.
