Avinash Kumar is a seasoned Oracle Applications DBA with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Datavail since May 2011, Avinash oversees the management of RAC Production EBS environments, including staging, development, and test environments. Responsibilities include handling Unix shell scripts, migrations, cloning, patching, and 11g Grid implementation, along with RMAN restore, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting problematic SQL. Prior to Datavail, Avinash worked at Emerson in Mohali from May 2008 to May 2011 as an Oracle Application DBA, managing multiple production, staging, and development instances on UNIX servers. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from BIT Durg, earned between 2001 and 2005.
