Paulo Costa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paulo is currently working as a Senior Analytics Consultant at Montreal Analytics since September 2021.

Prior to that, Paulo worked as a Looker Developer at Slice from April 2021 to August 2021.

Paulo also gained valuable experience at Sensormatic, where they served as a Data Consultant in the Retail Consulting and Analytics Practice from November 2016 to April 2021.

Before that, Paulo worked as an International Business Developer at Movvo from March 2015 to October 2016.

Paulo also held the position of Account Manager at Farfetch from January 2013 to March 2015.

Additionally, Paulo worked as a Club General Manager at Virgin Active from November 2010 to December 2012.

Paulo has prior experience in management roles at Decathlon, including Store General Manager from November 2008 to October 2010, and Department Manager from November 2007 to October 2008 and November 2006 to October 2007.

At the start of their career, Paulo worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant at Fits All, a company specializing in orthopedic shoe production and distribution, from June 2004 to October 2006. As a part of their role, they were responsible for commercial and marketing activities, including the preparation and development of a marketing plan.

From 2018 to 2019, Paulo attended Rumos, where they completed the Microsoft SQL Server Database and Business Intelligence Academy, which involved 423 hours of study. The field of study for this program is not specified.

In 2013, Paulo obtained a Master's Degree in Management Control from Porto Business School.

From 2003 to 2004, Paulo pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at IGIA - Institut de Gestion de l'Innovation Appliquée.

From 1998 to 2003, Paulo earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In addition to their formal education, Paulo has also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they became a dbt Certified Developer and completed the dbt Fundamentals course offered by dbt Labs. In 2021, Paulo became a Certified LookML developer, certified by Looker.

Furthermore, Paulo has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft.
