Sivakumar Agneeswaran has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sivakumar is currently serving as the Group CEO and Chairman at DataSwitch Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Cognizant from 1999 to 2022, including Vice President, Associate Vice President, Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Before joining Cognizant, Sivakumar worked as a Consultant at Hexaware Technologies from 1998 to 1999, and as an Assistant Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from 1996 to 1998.

Sivakumar Agneeswaran's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, which was completed between 1998 and 2000. Sivakumar also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Crescent Engineering College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School from 1987 to 1992, completing their XII (secondary) studies.
