Tarun Dev has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Tarun started their career at TextNook as a Software Developer Intern, where they successfully executed a project named "DevOps Model for Startup." This project focused on automating modules integration, testing, and deployment phases. Tarun then joined Reckonsys Tech Labs as a Software Engineer, where they were a lead developer responsible for end-to-end development of modules. Tarun also worked closely with clients for requirement gathering and feasibility study. At TeleChoice, Tarun worked as a Full Stack Developer and later as a Software Engineer. Tarun led the development of the TeleChoice website and completed the migration of the CMS. Tarun also designed and developed a proxy server to convert SOAP API into REST API. Tarun's experience also includes working at Archa as a Software Engineer, where they developed Python/Django backend code and optimized cloud deployments using shell scripts in Kubernetes clusters. Currently, Tarun is a Software Engineer at DataStax.

Tarun Dev completed their education with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A) degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University in 2013. Tarun then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology, graduating in 2016. Their education further continued with a Master of Information Technology degree in Computing from the University of Melbourne, which they completed in 2019.
