Jim Schnaiter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim started their career in 1989 as the President and Co-Founder of Allegiance Leasing, Inc., where they established a successful independent leasing company and expanded services to include transportation. In 1996, they joined Bill Walsh Automotive Group as a Department Manager, where they managed multiple roles across different locations and brands, driving sales and profitability. From 2002 to 2005, Jim served as the General Sales Manager at Faber Motors Inc, where they restructured the business and prepared it for sale. Jim then worked as an Outside Sales Manager at Accurate Transmission Inc from 2005 to 2007, increasing sales and customer base. In 2008, Jim became an independent consultant, specializing in strategy development and core training for clients in the automotive field. Jim continued this role until 2010 when they joined CDK Global as a Client Manager 2.0. In this position, they led product launches and implementations, and was promoted to launch Sales Overdrive specifically for the trucking industry. Most recently, Jim worked as a Consultant at Compass C.I.M. LLC from 2019 to 2023, where they developed strategies and provided assistance to clients in the automotive industry. In February 2023, they joined Dataset Inc. as a Project Manager.
