Ririn Nurmaica has a strong background in software quality engineering and testing. Ririn started their career as a Data Entry Operator at PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at CV Biji Inovasi. Ririn then joined PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi again in 2016 as a Web Developer until 2020. Ririn worked as a Software Quality Engineer at PT Datamax Teknologi Internasional from 2020 to 2021, and at ICUBE by SIRCLO from 2021 to 2021. In 2022, Ririn worked as a Quality Analyst at Sekolah.mu and later became a Software Quality Engineer at GudangAda. Currently, they are working at Datasaur as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Additionally, Ririn gained experience as an IT Support Staff at Indonesia Power and as a Robotics and Computer System Laboratory Assistant at the University of Brawijaya.

Ririn Nurmaica obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Brawijaya. Ririn attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
