Stijn Dolphen started working as a Graduate Analyst Quality Engineering & Assurance at Cognizant in September 2020 and continued in that role until October 2021. From October 2021 to July 2022, Stijn worked as an Analyst at the Artificial Intelligence & Analytics department at Cognizant. In July 2022, Stijn transitioned to a new role as a Data Strategist at dataroots.

Stijn Dolphen completed a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Ghent University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Handelsingenieur/Business Engineering from Ghent University, graduating between 2014 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Stijn has acquired various certifications. These include dtb Fundamentals from dbt Labs in February 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2023, Collibra Data Steward from Collibra in October 2022, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in August 2022, Google Data Analytics Certificate from Google in July 2022, Deep Learning & Reinforcement Learning from IBM in June 2021, Exploratory Data Analysis for Machine Learning from IBM in April 2021, and Business Process Framework - Foundation level from TM Forum in March 2021.
