Nelson P. Sousa, Jr., MSHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DataRobot, where responsibilities include aligning people and business strategies across various organizational sectors. With extensive experience in human resources, Nelson previously held multiple leadership roles at Skyword, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing scaling operations for organizations with up to 160 employees. Additional roles include managerial positions at Tufts Medical Center and WGBH, focus on learning and development, organizational development, and employee engagement, along with adjunct faculty positions at both Suffolk University and Mount Ida College. Nelson holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Babson College.
