Andrei V. Muresan has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, recruitment, and talent attraction.

Starting in 2010, they worked as a Policy Intern at Open Society Foundations. Andrei V. then moved on to Tenaris, where they served as a Talent Attraction Analyst from 2010 to 2011. Andrei subsequently joined the European Commission (EACI) as a Human Resources Assistant, responsible for recruitment assistance, staffing activity reports, and HR area audit preparation.

In 2012, Andrei returned to Tenaris and took on multiple roles including Talent Attraction & Development Analyst. Their responsibilities included senior recruitment, recruitment project management, and coordination of the Global Trainee Program.

Andrei then worked at Bombardier as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they led recruitment efforts for the Information Systems (IS) Hub in Poland and was responsible for recruitment strategy and talent pipelines management.

From 2016 to 2020, Andrei held various positions at TransferWise (now Wise). Andrei V. began as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on scaling up the new tech hub in Budapest. Andrei V. was later promoted to Head of Technical Recruitment, tasked with scaling up the company's engineering organization during a period of hyper-growth.

Most recently, Andrei worked at Shapr3D as the Head of People and later as the Head of Recruitment. Shapr3D aims to revolutionize the CAD industry by making professional CAD modeling intuitive and mobile.

In 2023, Andrei joined Proton | Privacy by Default as a Human Resources Consultant and Open Org as a Member. In 2022, they became the Head of People at DATAPAO, where they are currently scaling up the People Team.

Andrei's work experience demonstrates their expertise in people operations, talent acquisition, and recruitment management in various industries and organizations.

Andrei V. Muresan completed their Baccalaureate Diploma in Social Sciences at Colegiu National Gh. Sincai - Baia Mare from 2000 to 2004. Andrei V. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Babes-Bolyai University from 2004 to 2009, and simultaneously obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same university from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Andrei attended Central European University from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Policy.
