Patrick Emond is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical support, customer service, and operations management. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at DataOne Software since June 2022, Patrick previously held a position as a Customer Service Representative at OnBrand24. Prior to that, an extensive career at Audio Transcription Center included roles such as Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, and Production Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing high-profile clients, creating training materials, and implementing workflow improvements. Additional experience includes a role as Production Administrator at Pearson Education and Data Reconciliation and Accounting Support at Standard Life. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Program and Project Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Concordia University.
