Before NeverBounce, Nick worked as a Customer Content Specialist at PR Newswire for two years, where they were responsible for proofreading and editing press releases, answering customer service phone calls, counseling clients on search engine optimization techniques, writing blog posts for Beyond Bylines, and maintaining an accuracy rate of 99.4% per 1000 stories worked on.
