Felix Dauth has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Apprentice Industrial Business Management Assistant at Conti Tech Techno-Chemie GmbH Hoppegarten from September 2008 to February 2011. Felix then worked as a Traineeship Product Manager at SEIB Industrie GmbH from July 2016 to October 2016.

In 2012, Felix joined Enactus Stenden Leeuwarden as the Head of Marketing from January 2014 to July 2014. Prior to that, they also worked as a Marketing Assistant from September 2012 to December 2013.

In 2014, Felix interned at OMV as an Energy Economic Intern in the sustainability department. Felix was responsible for analyzing and approaching sustainability awards from July 2014 to January 2015.

From March 2015 to July 2015, Felix worked in Business Development at O3 Leeuwarden.

In 2016, Felix started working at Datamaran. Felix initially joined as a Research Associate from October 2016 to February 2018. Felix then became an Insights Manager from February 2018 until the present. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner at Datamaran, starting from May 2021. As a Product Owner, Felix is responsible for defining user stories, creating and owning the product backlog, identifying product requirements, and communicating with the development team to explain product features to be implemented.

Felix Dauth began their education in 2006 at Nell-Breuning Berufskolleg Frechen, where they obtained a Fachabitur degree in Wirtschaft, which is an Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education. From 2008 to 2011, they attended OSZ Palmnicken and studied Industriekaufmann, specializing in industrial business management assistance.

In 2011, Felix enrolled in Stenden University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management (IBMS) for five years, completing their studies in 2016. During their time at Stenden, Felix also participated in an Erasmus exchange semester at Izmir University of Economics in 2013.

Additionally, Felix has obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in July 2021, indicating their expertise in agile project management. Felix also holds two certifications in Datamaran, namely the Datamaran Benchmark Certification and the Datamaran Materiality Certification, which they obtained in January 2019.
