Marcos Silva has over two decades of experience in the technology and operations sectors, currently serving as Chief Information Officer at DATAMAR RIO DE JANEIRO CONSULTORES ASSOCIADOS since July 2002. Throughout this extensive career, Marcos progressed from Analista de Sistema to Chief Operating Officer, implementing management strategies and optimizing operational processes, significantly enhancing the company's efficiency. Additionally, Marcos actively participates in the Operational Research Society to advance professional skills and networking. As a Volunteer Professor at ONG VIDAGOL, Marcos teaches technology fundamentals to underprivileged students, promoting access to modern technological tools. Alongside practical experiences, Marcos holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in CIO & IT Management and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, emphasizing a continuous commitment to education and professional development.
