Thomas Kennedy is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently employed at DataLink Software, Thomas facilitates team ceremonies and monitors progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Previous roles include Scrum Master at FIS, where Thomas excelled in delivering large-scale software projects and coaching multiple Scrum teams, and Project Manager/Scrum Master at Parliament Tutors, where Thomas introduced Agile frameworks and successfully managed extensive recruitment efforts. Additionally, Thomas has volunteered as a Program Specialist in Colombia, specialized in language integration for foreign children, and coordinated government affairs, showcasing a diverse skill set across education, governance, and software development.
