Zack Bland is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Dataiku since October 2021, Zack previously held the position of Private Equity Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Pierce Atwood LLP. At Pierce Atwood, Zack led critical transactions, including drafting purchase agreements and managing sales processes. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Orr & Reno, where Zack represented middle-market companies in various transactions and advised on corporate governance and financing matters. Zack's legal career began with internships and clerkships, including a position at the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Zack holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
