Shelley Hu is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in high-performance computing (HPC), machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Dataiku since February 2022, Shelley previously worked at IBM from April 2012 to January 2022 as an HPC Solution Specialist and Senior Technical Account Manager, focusing on maintaining operational health of customer environments and developing IT strategies. Prior roles include Senior Solution Specialist at Platform Computing, where Shelley excelled as a technical anchor for HPC solutions, and as a Senior Software Developer across various positions, demonstrating expertise in Unix/Linux systems and software development for resource management and optimization. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York University, completing studies in June 2002.
