Strategic Customer Success Manager at Dataiku

Abid Ali is the Strategic Customer Success Manager at Dataiku. Prior to this, they were the Director of Technology at IRI, where they worked with some of the largest manufacturers and retailers in the world to design, build, and deliver their next generation data and analytics solutions. Abid has also held positions as a Lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York and a Data Modeler at Farmers Insurance. Abid Ali is a highly experienced professional with a passion for helping others succeed on their AI/ML journeys.

Abid Ali has a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in extension studies from Harvard University, a Master of Science (MS) from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Concordia University Chicago. Abid also has the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Abid Ali is certified by Dataiku in Core Designer and Machine Learning Practitioner, by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and by Microsoft in AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
