Joseph Frost, MBA has had a long and varied career in the business world. In 2017, they co-founded yorCMO, where they served as the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, they provided marketing expertise to help businesses pivot, scale, or exit, as well as build and execute strategic marketing plans. In 2021, they co-founded DATAFEEL, an organization ushering in the future of haptics, and served as the Co-Founder and CMO. Joseph also co-founded The Fractional C-Suite Retreat in 2021, where they hosted laid-back, fun conversations with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and future-of-work thinkers. In 2017, they co-founded the Fractional Professionals Association, the first and largest peer-to-peer community organization exclusively for Fractional Pros. In 2013, they founded Frost Media Group, providing network agnostic and digitally omnipotent content. In 2009, they founded Frost Strategy Group, where they helped both nonprofits and entrepreneurs develop stronger, more strategic businesses as a strategic planner, coach, and facilitator. In 2003, they served as a board member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization. In 2014, they became an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Midland University. Finally, in 2011, they founded Omahajoe, where they facilitated Strategy and iDea Workshops and wrote a book. In 2022, they co-founded Guided Outsourcing Inc., where they help people through the outsourcing experience.

Joseph Frost obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa in 1994, followed by an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The University of Kansas in 2001. In 2008, they obtained a Certified Social Planner certification from New Media Habits.
