Carlos Del Pozo J. is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leading security teams and managing operational strategies. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Datafast since April 2021, Carlos Del Pozo focuses on defining strategic plans and managing the security information budget. Previously, Carlos Del Pozo held various leadership roles at IBM del Ecuador from October 2013 to April 2021, including the establishment of national automation of security controls and the management of process controls and technological risks. Early in the career, Carlos Del Pozo worked as a Server Administrator at SOLINSER SA, where responsibilities included managing backup services and providing IT security consulting to financial institutions. Carlos Del Pozo holds a Master's degree in Applied Information Security from ESPOL and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Catolica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
