Akash Jattan is a seasoned professional in the fields of data, AI, and technology management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of dataengine since July 2018. Jattan is also the Founder of NZ DataOps and an industry advisor at The University of Auckland. With extensive expertise as a Senior Advisor at Foresight Analytics and additional roles at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Own My Data, and Computer Concepts Limited, Jattan has a strong track record in establishing data strategies and governance. Previous leadership experience includes heading the Data Platforms Business at Qrious Limited. Jattan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software and Networking and various Cisco and Microsoft certifications.
