Stuti Gupta is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Sales Recruiter APAC at Datadog since September 2021, Stuti previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager APAC at X0PA AI, where the focus was on enhancing objectivity in hiring processes through advanced technologies. Stuti's prior experience includes a role as a Senior Talent Advisor at Nutanix, where notable achievements included winning an award for labor market expertise, and as an International Recruitment Consultant at ruwer-IT, establishing an international IT recruitment arm. Additional roles in corporate recruitment and IT recruitment provided a solid foundation in managing the entire employee lifecycle and addressing HR-related matters. Stuti holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from VESIM and has completed a Strategic Human Resource Management Programme at the National University of Singapore.
