Elena Russo is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in coordination and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Coordination at Datadog since January 2021, Elena previously held the role of Team Lead in the same department. Prior to Datadog, Elena worked at Lyft from January 2019 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Team Lead and Recruiting Coordinator. Elena began a career in advertising at Publicis, working as an Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive from September 2015 to December 2018. Elena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration & Management from Boston University and further education from Dublin City University.
