Simon Ellis is an experienced technology professional with a solid background in site reliability engineering and technical support. Since June 2014, Simon has held the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Technical Specialist at Datacom. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Telecom New Zealand from October 2007 to May 2014 as a BMC Remedy Senior Systems Support/Developer, and also served as an HPSC/HPSM Developer. Simon's career began at Europa Worldwide Logistics, where from 2001 to 2007, Simon excelled as a Senior IT Support professional.
