Previously, as General Manager of the Cloud Solutions Group at OpenLink Financial, a leading Commodities FinTech firm, Rompala established a $15M revenue stream and built a global sales team. At Bloomberg LP, Rompala managed New Business Development, achieving significant milestones in the Client Data Solutions space. Rompala's career also includes leadership roles at McLagan, LiquidHub, Ernst & Young, and Detica PLC, showcasing a strong background in management consulting, advisory services, and capital markets. Rompala holds a BS in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
