Rochana Golani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and enablement within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Learning and Enablement at Databricks since September 2022, Rochana has previously held significant roles at Google, including Managing Director of Cloud Learning Services and Director of Google Cloud Learning and Enablement from June 2016 to August 2022. Prior to Google, Rochana was the Global Head of Training Curriculum & Certifications at Amazon Web Services from November 2013 to May 2016, and spent eight years at VMware in various leadership positions focused on sales and technical education. Rochana's career began at NetIQ and NIIT Limited, contributing to education and training program development. Rochana holds a BS in Computer Science from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
