Ben Eastham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in multinational corporations and law firms. Currently serving as Senior Managing Counsel for EMEA at Databricks, a position held since November 2021, Ben advises senior leadership on commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, competition, and dispute matters. Prior roles include Attorney at McAfee, Senior Legal Counsel at Utility Warehouse, Legal Counsel at EY, and Solicitor at RPC law firm, where a diverse range of legal issues, including technology contracts and dispute resolution, were managed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from King's College London and completion of the LPC at BPP Law School, supplemented by a CIPP/E certification from IAPP.
