Mohan Raj has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Mohan began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at Customer First Services Pvt Ltd, where they worked for a year. Mohan then moved on to Netvision Cybertech Ltd in 2004, where they also served as a Customer Service Representative for one year. In 2005, they joined CSS Corp as a Team Lead and held this position until 2011. In 2012, they started working at Serco as a Team Lead and continued in this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Kaay Labs (Formerly Gemini Systems India Pvt Ltd) as a Lead Data Licensing Specialist, where they were responsible for offering solutions to market data companies and managing client agreements. In 2015, they joined DataBP as an Operations Manager and is currently serving in this role.

Mohan Raj completed a Post Graduate Program in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Aegis School of Business in Mumbai from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Diploma in Leather Technology from the Institute of Leather Technology, CPT Campus in Taramani, Chennai. In addition, they also obtained a certification in Prince2 Practitioner from EXIN in June 2015.
