Denis Hallai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical services, music, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Databox since February 2020, Denis manages Technical Support and Sales Engineering teams, demonstrating a strong track record in sales engineering and technical assistance. Previous roles at Databox include Sales Engineering Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Consultant, and Customer Success Specialist, where Denis excelled in closing numerous custom data integration deals and improving internal processes. Prior to Databox, Denis provided freelance private teaching in English and music, and held positions at the University of São Paulo as an Assistant Conductor, Web Developer, Assistant Professor of Music, and Event Producer. Denis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Conducting from the University of São Paulo.
