Jenny Gerson currently serves as the Senior Director of Sustainability at DataBank, having previously held the position of Director of Sustainability at Maxar Technologies, where Jenny developed the company's inaugural corporate sustainability strategy. At Zayo Group, Jenny held multiple senior director roles, focusing on energy and environmental management, corporate social responsibility, and corporate M&A, significantly enhancing sustainability practices across the organization. Jenny's early career included roles as an ecologist, researcher, and coach, supported by an MBA in Finance and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Ecological and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
