Ekaterina Abramova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Onsite HR Manager, HR Lead, and Senior HR Manager at DataArt since October 2016. DataArt is a global technology consultancy with over 6000 employees and a low attrition rate of under 10%. Prior to joining DataArt, Abramova worked at Oro Inc. as HR Manager/Recruiter/Branch Manager from June 2013 to September 2016, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Magento Inc., an eBay Company, from January 2010 to March 2013. Abramova holds a Master's degree in Technical Translation from Dnipro University of Technology, completed in 2011.
