Doriane Al Masri serves as Corporate Legal Counsel at Data4 Group since July 2023. Previously, Doriane held the position of Corporate/M&A Legal Counsel at SIGFOX from January 2021 to June 2022, and worked as an Associate specializing in Corporate/M&A at Stephenson Harwood LLP from May 2019 to December 2020. Earlier roles include serving as Legal Counsel in antitrust at Linklaters and completing internships at Fieldfisher and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Corporate Law and M&A. Doriane's foundational experience began with positions in legal internships at Auer Witte Thiel Lawfirm, CACEIS, and ARIATHES Rechtsanwälte, as well as an internship at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Academically, Doriane is a French qualified lawyer and holds multiple degrees, including Master of Laws (LLM) in International and European Business Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from prestigious universities in France and Germany.
