Matt Kilker is an experienced executive with a strong background in engineering and operations within the water and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at �岹�ٲ�² and Chief Operating Officer at Aquafortus Technologies, Kilker has demonstrated expertise in leadership and operational management. Previously, as Business Unit President at Select Water Solutions, Kilker oversaw midstream operations and P&L accountability. At NGL Energy Partners LP, Kilker established a digital transformation initiative and led engineering for new project development. Kilker’s career includes significant roles at GE and Baker Hughes, where leadership spanned sales, product line management, and engineering, contributing to substantial revenue growth and operational efficiency. Kilker holds a Bachelor’s degree in BioMechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and has completed a leadership development program at Crotonville.
