Evgenija Damjanovska Kostovska has worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Data Masters since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Oracle Developer at Replek Farm LTD from March 2019 to October 2020, where they were involved in designing and developing Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports projects, creating and maintaining SQL queries, and troubleshooting database and application performance. Before that, Evgenija worked as an MS SQL/ETL Developer at Dynamic Credit from March 2018 to June 2018, developing ETL processes and managing Microsoft SQL Server databases. Evgenija also worked as an Oracle Developer at Replek Farm LTD from November 2016 to February 2018, with similar responsibilities as their later role at the company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Peer Educator at HERA - Health Education and Research Association from 2009 to 2016, a Software Developer and Database Manager at Duna Computers for a brief period in 2016, and as an Intern at T-Mobile in 2014. Evgenija also served as a Project Financial Coordinator at EESTEC LC Skopje from November 2013 to March 2014 and as an Intern at Makpetrol in 2013.

Evgenija Damjanovska Kostovska's education history starts with their high school diploma, which they obtained from SUGS Georgi Dimitrov between 2007 and 2011. Evgenija then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer System Engineering and Automation at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields. In 2011, they became a Peer Educator through HERA - Health Education and Research Association. In 2012, they acquired expertise in Project Management and Advocacy from HERA - Health Education and Research Association, and also participated in a program titled "Asymptotic and Time-Frequency Analysis with Symplectic Geometry" at the University of Vienna. In 2013, they received training in Motivation and Leadership from EESTEC LC Skopje, and attended a course on Communication Skills and Career Planning presented by Mladiinfo International. In 2014, they obtained certification in Quality Management from DRÄXLMAIER Group and completed an Event Organizing program offered by EESTEC LC Skopje. Finally, in 2017, they obtained certifications such as Advanced Google Analytics, Python Developer (from DataCamp), Python Programming (from DataCamp), R Programming (from DataCamp), and SQL for Data Science (from DataCamp). Their most recent certification is as a Python Developer, which they obtained from Semos Education in September 2020.
