Peter Barzach has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. From 1986 to 1989, they worked at Textron as the Manager of Advanced Quality Engineering at the Lycoming division, where they oversaw modernization efforts and supported the Quality Department. From 1989 to 1997, they worked at Hamilton Sundstrand as a Business Manager, specifically as the Deputy General Manager of the HS-Nauka Joint Stock Company in Moscow, Russia. In this role, they were responsible for the P&L of the joint venture, which manufactured Heat Exchangers for aircraft Environmental Control Systems. From 1997 to 2006, they were the Director of Operations for Compu-Data, a major subsidiary of Data-Mail, Inc. Here, they successfully re-engineered the entire operation using lean manufacturing techniques. In 2006, they became the President/COO of Standard Manufacturing Group, where they raised capital and secured financing to acquire United States Machine Tools (USMT) and S&S Precision Machine. Finally, since 2010, Peter has been the Vice President of Operations at Data-Mail, Inc., leading various initiatives to improve P&L performance across four divisions of the company.
Peter Barzach has a strong education background in engineering and finance. Peter obtained their BS (Double Major) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Trinity College-Hartford between 1979 and 1983. Following this, they pursued further studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they earned an MS in Computer Engineering from 1983 to 1985. Peter continued their education at the same institute and received an MBA in Operations and Finance from 1985 to 1988.
