Jason Beebe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jason started their career in 2001 as an Infantry Squad Leader in the Connecticut Army National Guard, where they motivated and led fellow soldiers and oversaw the security of U.S. NATO Headquarters. Jason then became an Infantry Platoon Sergeant, leading security missions and establishing defenses for a new Forward Operating Base. In 2007, Jason joined Young Pharmaceuticals as a Production Manager/Software Developer, where they worked for eight years. Since 2015, they have been working at Data-Mail, initially as a Software Developer and currently as a Business Intelligence Developer. At Data-Mail, Jason designs and builds custom in-house software solutions and reporting to drive process improvements throughout the company. Jason works closely with managers and line workers to ensure process and system implementation, gaining buy-in from all stakeholders. Prior to their career in the National Guard and pharmaceuticals, Jason was self-employed as a siding installer. Overall, Jason has experience in leadership, security, software development, production management, and business intelligence.

Jason Beebe completed their education with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Manchester Comm in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Photography from Hallmark Institute of Photography from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, Jason holds certifications in LEAN Design for Six Sigma - Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute, Army Infantry Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course from the U.S. Army, and Train the Trainer Forklift Safety from Summit Handling Systems Inc.
