Rebecca Matthews has a solid work experience in the customer success and media operations fields. Rebecca Matthews completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General at Florida State University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance, General at the University of Tampa from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University during the same time period as their first bachelor's degree. In terms of certifications, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lean Methods Group in February 2018. Later on, in May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Most recently, in May 2023, they completed the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 program offered by SuccessHACKER.
