Seth Noble is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data transfer protocols, holding the position of President, Founder, and CEO at Data Expedition, Inc. since February 2000. Noble is the creator and patent holder of the Multipurpose Transaction Protocol (MTP) technology, which is widely utilized for optimizing data and media transfers globally, and has been recognized with an Emmy Award for contributions to secure file movement over IP. Prior to founding Data Expedition, Noble served as the Lead Engineer for OU Meteorology, where designs and operations for mobile tornado observation systems were managed for the Doppler on Wheels project. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a BS and MS in Engineering & Applied Science and Computer Science, respectively, from Caltech.
