Jessica Valenti

Manager of Remote Support Services at Data Evolution

Jessica Valenti has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Recreation Assistant at Prescott House Nursing Home. In this role, they assisted patients with sit to stand mobility, conducted activities with residents, assisted with mealtimes and dietary needs, and filed each resident's daily activities. Jessica also handled switchboard/reception duties including answering and directing calls and bookkeeping. In 2009, they began working at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. as an IT Helpdesk Specialist, providing Tier 1 Help Desk support and responding to front line user technical issues for both computer and phone software and hardware, as well as providing training to new hires and end users on all software, hardware, and peripherals. Jessica also served as an IT Helpdesk Assistant/Administrative Assistant, providing Tier 1 Tech support and reception duties such as answering multi-line phones, directing calls, and greeting visitors. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Jessica's Brick Oven. In 2016, they were a Managed Services Specialist at Sea Change Systems, monitoring systems for all clients and troubleshooting issues on network, server, software, firewall, server ports, and hardware issues and escalating to upper tiers when necessary. Jessica also monitored drive space for servers and workstations and cleaned drives when space was low. In 2017, they began working at Data Evolution, LLC in various roles, including Manager of Remote Support Services, Supervisor of Remote Support Services, Senior Remote Support Engineer, and Remote Support Engineer.

Jessica Valenti is currently enrolled in Northern Essex Community College, where they are pursuing an Associates in Information Technology. Jessica also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification for Windows 7 and Office 2012 Deployment, which they obtained in August 2013.
