Robert Finley currently serves as the Manager of Global Services and Support at Data Dynamics, a position held since 2014, where responsibilities include managing a collaborative Global Technical Support organization and ensuring strong customer relationships through accountability for SLA performance and productivity metrics. Prior to this role, Robert Finley gained extensive experience as a Senior Technical Software Services Engineer at Interica, and as a Senior Client Services Software Engineer at Brocade. Earlier in the career, Robert Finley worked at VERITAS Software as a Software Product Quality Team Leader and at NuView, Inc. as a Software Product Quality Engineer.
