Asmita Mahamuni has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Asmita currently holds the position of Lead Engineer at Data Axle since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Lead at Persistent Systems from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for various tasks including design and development of APIs and databases, as well as the development of microservices. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Niyuj - Delivering Innovation from 2016 to 2017, where they worked on a product providing electronic payment solutions and was involved in development, code review, and sprint planning. Asmita also has experience at Screen Magic Mobile Media Pvt. Ltd. where they worked as a Tech Lead from 2015 to 2016 and as a Sr. Software Developer from 2011 to 2015.

Asmita Mahamuni completed their Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Software Engineering from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology from 2006 to 2008. Asmita then pursued a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree from the Institute of Computer Education from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in MongoDB for Developers in July 2016 and MongoDB for Node.js Developers in July 2017 from MongoDB.
