Courtney Roldan is an experienced professional in technical management and product ownership, currently serving as the Roles Portfolio Technical People Manager for Dassault Systèmes since December 2019. Prior to this role, Courtney held multiple positions at IQMS from July 2013 to April 2020, including Lead Product Owner and Dev Analyst, facilitating the transition to Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs. Additional experience includes roles such as Project Manager for an Android application project at Cal Poly State University, where an innovative image processing algorithm was developed, and tutoring student athletes in mathematics. Courtney holds a degree in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2008 and 2013.
