Bijuraj Balakrishnan has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the India Director for People & Organization Partner at Dassault Systèmes since February 2002. In various leadership roles, including Services Director and PLM Practice Head, Bijuraj has been instrumental in driving service signings, enhancing revenue and profit, and managing skill development within the PLM practices. Previous experience at Pentasoft Technologies Ltd. involved software development and quality control during new project design phases. Bijuraj holds a Master’s Degree in Computer from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 1998.
